Your team deserves clear payroll administration.
Fewer disconnected changes, more structure. Unicorn supports the administrative processing of salaries and employee information.
A reliable cycle for your payroll inputs.
New employees, hours, leave and changes require timely information. Together we agree what is needed, who checks it and how the recurring payroll process is organised.
How we can help
- Processing agreed employee changes
- Periodic payslips and payroll summaries
- Payroll tax returns within the agreed engagement
- Deadlines and arrangements for checking information
From your first employee to an existing team.
We review your employee list, contract information, relevant arrangements and the quality of existing records. Setup, corrections and special calculations are quoted separately where needed.
What we need to understand first
Your business structure, number of documents, current working methods and main question. During the introduction we also identify backlogs and ongoing obligations. You then receive a proposal with a clear division of responsibilities.
Clear answers.
What does a bookkeeper cost at Unicorn?
Indicative packages start at €79 per month for sole traders and €199 for a BV, excluding VAT. Your final proposal depends on the volume and agreed scope.
Can I switch with a bookkeeping backlog?
Yes. We first identify missing records and periods needing attention. Catch-up work is priced separately before arranging the handover.
Do I need to visit an office?
Introductions and collaboration can take place online. We agree how documents are supplied and how we keep in touch.
Are all tax returns included?
Only the returns explicitly included in your engagement. Personal returns, corrections and special advice need a separate agreement unless included in writing.
Is the introduction really free?
Yes. It is a no-obligation first conversation, not a full file review or final tax advice.
